Mark Caplice is a multi award winning songwriter/artist/producer from Baltinglass, County Wicklow.
Having spent many years writing and producing songs for artists across the world (Including Eurovision Finals) Mark is hot on the heels of producing and featuring on a hauntingly beautiful rendition of Jim Croce's 'Time in a Bottle' with Irish artist Megan O’Neill for no.1 Netflix series Firefly Lane. Mark was also a co-writer on 'Clothes Between' by Grigory Leps which won Song of the Year and a Golden Gramophone in Russia in 2021.
Just before the close of 2022, Mark’s music caught the attention of The Recording Academy / GRAMMYs who invited him to be a featured guest on their Reimagined at Home series. Mark delivered a truly unique and stirring cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain” on piano accompanied by a brass ensemble and atmospheric percussion. The video received over 10,000 views in 24 hours catching the attention of Fleetwood Mac’s guitarist Lindsey Buckingham, as well as members of The Lumineers and Sam Fender’s band.
With lots of new material recorded and numerous tour dates in the pipeline, the future looks extremely prosperous for Mark Caplice.
